90 day money-back guarantee

If Second Spring Daily Balance is not right for you, we will refund it. You have 90 days from the day your order is delivered.

How it works

• Finish the bottle. An empty bottle is fine. We would rather you gave it a fair trial than returned it unopened.
• Do not ship anything back. There is no return shipping to pay and no return label to print.
• Keep whatever is left. If you have bottles remaining from a 3 or 6 bottle order, they are yours.

To request a refund

Email us with your order number. We refund to the original payment method, usually within 3 business days of approving the request. Your bank may take a further 5 to 10 business days to show it.

The limits, stated plainly

• One guarantee claim per customer.
• The 90 days runs from delivery, not from order date.
• Refunds cover the product. Any shipping paid at checkout is refunded with it.

We would rather refund you than have you keep taking something that is not working.
