Subscription terms and cancellation

Cancel in one click

You can cancel a subscription yourself, at any time, from your account. Log in, open Manage subscription, and select cancel. It takes effect immediately.

There is no phone call, no retention call, no email chain and no cancellation window you have to catch. We will not ask you to contact support to cancel something you started online.

Billing

• You are charged when each order is created, on the schedule you chose.
• We email you before each renewal so a charge is never a surprise.
• Cancelling stops all future charges. It does not refund an order already dispatched, though the 90 day guarantee still applies to it.

Changing a subscription

You can skip an order, change the delivery date, change the quantity or pause from the same screen.
