Shipping

We ship from a US fulfilment centre to addresses in the United States and Canada.

• Free shipping on orders of $60 or more, US and Canada. Every bundle we sell qualifies.
• Orders under $60 ship at a flat $6.95.
• Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
• US delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after processing; Canada typically 5 to 10, and international parcels can be subject to customs handling.
• You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Address changes and issues

Caught a typo in your address? Email support@secondspringshop.com as soon as possible and we will fix it if the order has not left the warehouse. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to reship or refund.

If your tracking shows delivered but the parcel is missing, give it 24 hours (carriers sometimes scan early), check with neighbours, then contact us and we will make it right.
